Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
As MİRLAND KOZMETİK İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE Dış Ticaret ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. In this context, cancellation and return transactions can be made under certain conditions for purchases made on our e-commerce site. The following conditions regulate the return and cancellation procedures of products purchased through mirland.com.tr .
2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Your order may be cancelled before the payment transaction is confirmed. To cancel your order, you must contact us within 6 hours from the moment you place your order.
- If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, your order amount will be fully refunded.
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellation cannot be made.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
- Right of Withdrawal: According to the Turkish Consumer Law, you have the right to return your products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- Returns are only valid for products that are unused and in their original packaging. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
- The invoice for the product you wish to return, along with all accessories and packaging sent with the product , must be returned intact.
- Product returns must be made within 10 business days after the buyer receives the product.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE

5. RETURN COSTS
- Free Returns: If the product is delivered defective, incorrect or incomplete, the return costs will be covered by us.
- Return Costs Belong to the Buyer: For all other returns, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. Once the product reaches us, your return process will be initiated.
6. RETURNS AND REFUND
- When the returned product reaches us, the condition of the product will be examined and if no problems are found, the return will be approved.
- Once the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to the buyer using the same method of payment. (For example, payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card, payments made by money order will be refunded to the bank account.)
- The refund will be made within 14 business days from the date the product is returned.
7. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Product returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been used, damaged or vandalized.
- If the product is not in its original packaging or has missing accessories.
- The product cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear, jewelry, cosmetics, etc.).
- If the product is specially made for a person and cannot be taken back due to customizations on the product.
8. RIGHT TO CHANGE
- Product exchanges can only be made for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
- If there is an error with the product you ordered or if the product is defective, you can request an exchange.
