1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT: This contract has been drawn up to determine the terms and conditions regarding the sale of products and/or services purchased by the buyer through the www.mirland.com.tr website.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS REGARDING THE CONTRACT:

• This contract is valid for the distance sales transaction between the buyer and the seller, and all transactions between the buyer and the seller are subject to these conditions.
• The seller is obliged to deliver the product to the buyer within the legal period at the latest.
• Product delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the buyer. Delivery costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS:

• The Buyer agrees to pay the total price of the products he/she chooses in advance using the payment method he/she specified at the time of ordering.
• Once the payment transaction is completed, the seller sends a payment receipt to the buyer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

• The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product. During this period, the buyer can return the product without giving any reason.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unpackaged and in compliance with the return conditions.
• The buyer who exercises his right of withdrawal is obliged to return the product within 10 working days from the date of receipt.
• All return costs related to the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS:

• In case of return of the product, the buyer must return the product completely with its original packaging.
• The returned product must be sent to the delivery address. Missing or unused parts of the product will be sent back to the buyer by the seller.
• Once the product is returned, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the product. The refund will be made using the same method of payment.

7. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

• The seller undertakes to provide service for the products sold within the warranty period determined by the manufacturer, in accordance with the warranty conditions.
• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects; problems caused by user error are not covered by the warranty.

8. COMPETENT COURT:

• Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved in the courts of the buyer's place of residence.

9. CONFIRMATION OF THE CONTRACT:

• By continuing with the order, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the provisions of the contract.
