1. DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Once your order is confirmed , your products will be shipped within 2 business days at the latest.
  • Domestic Deliveries : All shipments within Turkey are made with Yurtiçi Kargo . Delivery is usually made within 3-5 business days .
  • Once your shipment is on its way, you will be sent a tracking number. With this number, you can track your product on the cargo company's system.

2. SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping Fee : Shipping fee is calculated based on the total amount of your order. By taking advantage of our free shipping campaigns, you will not pay shipping fee for purchases over a certain amount.
  • The shipping fee is calculated based on the total amount in your shopping cart and will be shown to you at the payment step.
  • Domestic Shipping Fees : Standard fees determined by Yurtiçi Kargo are valid for shipments within Turkey.

3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Please make sure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delivery problems that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • When determining your delivery address, choosing a cargo drop-off point or branch closest to your address can speed up the delivery process.

4. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN DELIVERY

  • Your cargo must be collected by you or an authorized person at the time of delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the cargo company cannot leave the product at your address and the delivery may be rescheduled.
  • If you detect damage or deficiency in your cargo during delivery, you must report the situation to us by keeping a report with the cargo company representative.
  • Any problems that may occur with the cargo company will be resolved by contacting us after delivery.

5. DELAY IN DELIVERY TIME

  • Cargo companies may experience delays in delivery times due to some special circumstances or weather conditions. However, other than such circumstances, the aim is to deliver within the specified time.
  • In case of any delay, the buyer will be given a tracking number and detailed information about the cargo status.
